Welcome to BRN (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Headstream Pte. Ltd. ("BRN," "we," "us," or "our"). BRN provides proprietary market analysis, commentary, research reports, and other educational content related to the cryptocurrency and digital asset markets. This information is provided for informational purposes only.

All content provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. BRN is not a licensed financial advisor under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. The information we provide should not be construed as financial, investment, trading, legal, or any other form of professional advice.

You acknowledge that investing in cryptocurrencies is highly speculative and carries a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information from the Service before making any investment decisions. By using our Service, you agree not to hold BRN liable for any possible claim for damages arising from any decision you make based on information made available to you through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, analysis, reports, graphics, logos, and the design thereof) are owned by BRN, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Singaporean and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any of our material without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or a one-time report from us, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

  • Billing: We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will BRN, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or your reliance on any information provided.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
