Welcome to BRN (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Bread News Pte. Ltd. ("BRN," "we," "us," or "our"). • Billing: We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will BRN, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or your reliance on any information provided.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
